Electronic Payment

Electronic payments through this site are highly secure. Your credit card details are encrypted, so they cannot be read even in the unlikely event of the purchase details being intercepted.

Currencies

Conversion rates are taken daily from the US stock exchange. These rates are intended as an indication of conversion rate only, and may be billed at the rate current at the time of transaction.

Customs

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from our store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Privacy

We want to make your shopping experience as safe, satisfying, convenient and pleasurable as possible. We take your privacy very seriously. The information which we receive from you is used to process orders and to provide you with a more personalised shopping experience. This means that your information will not be sold or otherwise divulged to third parties without your prior consent. You have certain rights to access information about yourself and if necessary to ask for it to be corrected.

Ordering Policy

Orders are processed daily.  We cannot guarantee dispatch times in situations affected by circumstances beyond our control, however every effort will be made to dispatch your order as soon as possible after receiving it.  You will be notified on the day  your order has been sent.

Delivery

We send the majority of our orders (under 1.5kg) by N Z Post.  If orders are over this weight they will be couriered.  We generally use Fastway Couriers.  Please note they are unable to deliver to a P O Box number.  Please supply us with a street address.  If you are not at home during the day a card will be left in your post box.  You may then call and let the Courier know when and where you want the order delivered too.  For liability reasons the courier will generally not leave your package on your doorstep unless you request this specifically. 

We will contact you directly if there is an issue with the delivery address so don't worry.

Returns/Refunds

If your order is damaged in transit in any way or was short of an item/s, please let us know as soon as you can by phone, e-mail or letter (whatever is easier for you).  We are more than happy to replace your order at no cost to you.

 

If for any other reason you are unhappy with our product please let us know.  We will be happy to discuss the issues with you and refund/replace the item/s if necessary.  Our good name is one of  our most important assets and we rely on the goodwill of our customers.  We do not want unhappy or dissatisfied customers and we would rather any concerns or negative feedback was shared with us directly so we can recitfy, if  possible, the issue raised by you.
